240. Automotive Painter
Job Description:
Prosper Zambia is seeking an Automotive Painter to apply paint and finish to vehicles. The Automotive Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and ensuring a high-quality finish on all vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, cleaning, and masking.

Mix and apply paint and clear coats according to specifications.

Inspect painted surfaces for quality and consistency.

Maintain and clean painting equipment and work areas.

Follow safety procedures and ensure proper use of paint materials.
Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and artistic skills.

Ability to use painting tools and equipment effectively.

Knowledge of paint types and application techniques.
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in automotive painting is preferred.
Skills:

Proficiency in automotive painting and finishing techniques.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive painter or in a similar role.
