NOW HIRING – JOIN OUR BAKING FAMILY!
A newly opened commercial bakery in Kitwe is excited to announce employment opportunities for passionate, experienced, and skilled individuals to join our growing team in Kitwe and Ndola.

We are looking for committed team players to fill the following positions:

Vacant Positions:

Bakers (2 positions)

Operate industrial baking equipment, prepare dough, monitor oven operations, and ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

Assistant Bakers (2 positions)

Support bakers in dough preparation, loading/unloading ovens, cleaning workstations, packaging, loading and maintaining hygiene in the bakery.

Cleaner (1 position)

Responsible for the cleanliness of bakery facilities and equipment, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are upheld.

Sales Personnel (3 positions)

Serve customers, handle orders and payments, field sales, assist in displays, and promote products at the retail counter and to wholesale clients.

Drivers (3 positions)

Deliver baked goods to clients and distributors, manage delivery schedules, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and ensure timely deliveries.
