Zambezi Innovate is seeking an experienced Bank Branch Manager to oversee the operations and management of its financial services branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the success of the branch through effective management and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the bank branch, ensuring smooth service delivery.

Lead and motivate a team of tellers, financial advisors, and customer service staff.

Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and grow the branch’s customer base.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.

Monitor financial performance and ensure the branch meets revenue and profitability targets.

Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to complex financial problems.

Manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
Requirements
:

Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
