Job Description

Copperbelt Innov is seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. The successful candidate will prepare and serve drinks to customers, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interact with customers and take orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Handle cash and card transactions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in bartending is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques.
• Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education
