Zambezi Innovate is seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join its hospitality team. The Bartender will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the bar area is clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer preferences.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar area.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Monitor customers’ alcohol consumption and ensure responsible drinking practices.
• Process payments and operate the cash register.
• Keep the bar area clean and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Suggest drinks and menu items based on customer preferences.

Requirements :

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of mixing drinks and preparing cocktails.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to work in a team.
• Must be able to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
