Billing Analyst

Job Description: Savanna Synergy is seeking a Billing Analyst to manage billing processes and ensure accurate invoicing and financial reporting. The Billing Analyst will work closely with other departments to handle billing inquiries and discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer billing and invoicing.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
• Prepare and analyze billing reports and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with billing policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with finance and customer service teams to address billing-related concerns.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in billing software and financial tools.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing or a similar role.
