BLOCKMEN
LOCATIONS: SESHEKE (X1), MONGU (X1), KAOMA (X1) DEADLINE: Monday, 22nd July, 2024.

Job Responsibilities:
• Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
• Preparing cuts for weighing, packing and sale or further processing • Performing quality inspections on meats and other products
• Ability to use hand tools, stand or walk for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in cold environments.
• Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts.
• Know all beef and pork cuts and how to cut them for customer satisfaction

Relevant Experience and Qualifications:
• Preferably 1-2 years’ experience as a Blockman • Grade 12 Certificate
• Should be a faster learner and (or) willing to undergo training
