Lusaka Nexus Solutions is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial transactions of the company. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate ledgers.

Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Monitor company budgets and report on financial discrepancies.

Liaise with accountants and auditors to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Maintain an organized filing system for receipts, invoices, and other financial documents.
Requirements
:

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
