EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
BRANCH GENERAL MANAGER
We are looking for an enthusiastic, honest and hardworking individual to fill a vacancy for position of Branch General Manager in our Solar Solutions company.
Responsibilities and expectations:

Manage and monitor company’s Assets Register &Data base

Prepare financial statements, business activity reports and forecasts
-
Conduct rigorous research using both macro and micro analytical tools
-
Manage client’s portfolios.

Track and verify expenditures in all company’s assets and other running costs.

Track all equipment and supplies.
-
Monitor and reconcile inventory. • Initiate regular spot checks.

Lead procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
-
Oversee and ensure compliance and consistent standards
-
Ensure that all KPI are met and that reports are submitted timely and accurately, monitor and make appropriate follow-ups.
Requirements:

A Higher qualification in Logistics and Supply Chain Management/ related subjects;

Post Graduate Diploma from a reputable institution is an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM)

Top Leadership and organizational skills
-
Ability to process, track and create paperwork such as (including but not limited to) work orders, KPIs, schedules, reports, projections and budgets
-
International work experience and exposure with strong understanding of assets and facilities management.
