ABRAMUKE GENERAL DEALERS

POSITION: BRANCH MANAGER x 1 (KASAMA DISTRICT)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving Sales
• Relationship Management
• Branch Operational Efficiency
• Customer Service
• Overseeing overall Branch day to day operations

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Analytical skills and problem solving by focusing on analysis and trends.

• Responsibility for compliance with policies and procedures, ability to comply himself/herself as well as to enforce it in other staff members in order to achieve increased efficiency
• Good leadership, communication, supervision, training/coaching skills,
• Good understanding of the microfinance industry at the local level is an advantage

Qualification(s)

• Must have a full Grade 12 certificate
• Diploma or Degree in Accounts, Business Administration, Community Development, Agriculture, any other social or business-related courses.
• Must have at least 1 year experience in sales and marketing. (With proven track record and clean employment record).
• Minimum 2 years hands on experience in Microfinance required
  Motorbike License (Class A) is an added advantage.
