Lusaka Nexus Solutions is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Lusaka branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving the growth of the branch.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to meet performance targets.

Develop strategies to increase sales, customer retention, and branch profitability.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures.

Monitor and report on branch financial performance and manage branch budgets.

Resolve customer complaints and address issues related to branch operations.

Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and local businesses.
Requirements
:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a branch or retail environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proven ability to drive results and meet financial targets.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
