Supervision/Management: Southern SADC Regional Manager

PERSON- & POSITION SPECIFICATION

Main Job Tasks

• Hire, supervise and train employees.
• Solve problems – customers & staff.
• Development & maintenance – markets in SADC
• Marketing irrigation products & services
• Train & technical advice to clients
• Identify new markets – seek potential irrigation projects

Education & Experience

Minimum required skills/qualification:

• Tertiary qualification(s) related to Agriculture.
• Minimum 8+ years’ practical experience in the design/selling of irrigation systems.
• Language: English, Afrikaans
• Excellent marketing, people skills
• Valid passport
• Proven management skill and high EQ
• Strategic thinking
