Position Summary:
The Branch Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch, driving sales performance, ensuring strong customer engagement, and maintaining inventory and merchandising standards. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can motivate and guide a team of salespeople to meet and exceed branch targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
· Lead, coach, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
· Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and ensure accountability.
· Conduct regular performance reviews, provide on-the-job training, and identify skills gaps for improvement.
· Promote a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture within the team.
Customer Engagement:

Attend to walk-in clients and ensure all staff delivers exceptional service.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiating terms that meet both client and company objectives.

Manage post-sale relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Inventory & Stock Control:

Conduct routine stock takes and immediately report discrepancies to management.

Oversee the receiving, unpacking, tagging, and stocking of products.

Monitor inventory levels and place restock requests in line with demand and promotions.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure system data matches physical stock.
Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation:

Organize and refresh in-store displays to enhance customer experience and promote key products.

Ensure merchandise is clean, presentable, and correctly priced (both on the shelf and in the system).

Align store layout and promotions with company branding and marketing initiatives.
Operations & Compliance:

Oversee daily POS operations, verify transactions, and minimize risk of fraud or errors.

Maintain branch cleanliness and adherence to safety and health standards.

Ensure branch activities align with company policies and Code of Conduct.

Prepare branch sales, performance, and stock reports for management review.
Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or sales team leadership.

Strong experience managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.

Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems (Pastel preferred).

Fluent in English, with excellent communication and reporting skills.
