Job Description:
Elite Zambia is looking for a proactive Brand Manager to develop and maintain our brand identity. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating brand strategies, managing brand communication, and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand positioning.
• Manage brand communication across all platforms and channels.
• Monitor brand performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Conduct market research to understand brand perception and consumer preferences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of brand development and management.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and consumer data.
• Experience with brand positioning and strategy development.
