Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to develop and implement brand strategies in Lusaka. The Brand Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the brand image, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and driving brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Manage and coordinate brand marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify brand opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create brand content and materials.
• Analyze brand performance metrics and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of brand management principles and strategies.
• Proficiency in brand management tools and software.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in brand management.
