The
key purpose
for this role is to lead and facilitate the brewing materials team in order to meet production requirements whilst maintaining a safe work environment. Manage all brewing inventory and ensure physical and system stock are aligned. Ensure timely processing of all brewing flow centric jobs.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Capture brewing performance data

Prepare reports
-
Prepare the daily downtime analysis and raw materials consumption

Flowcentric job processing
-
Control of printing and stationary for brewing
-
Do stock take of all brewing raw materials, chemicals and sundries with stores and reconcile to brewing reports

Receive stock in Syspro and issue to shift team leaders for production

Issue stocks in Syspro to warehouse

Communicate effectively in the workplace

Minimum Requirements:
-
Min – Grade 12 with Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Procurement or related field

2-3 year experience in a similar role
-
Computer literate (MS Office and SYSPRO, FLOWCENTRIC)
-
Understanding of brewing materials and brewing process would be an added advantage
