Lusaka Nexus Solutions is seeking skilled Bricklayers to join its construction team. The Bricklayers will be responsible for laying bricks, blocks, and other types of building materials to construct walls, foundations, and other structures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lay bricks, blocks, and other materials to construct or repair walls and foundations.
• Ensure that bricks and materials are aligned and leveled according to design specifications.
• Mix mortar and other materials used for binding bricks and blocks.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, architectural drawings, and construction plans.
• Collaborate with other construction workers to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a bricklayer or in a similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and safety practices.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
