1) POSITION: BUILDING SUPERVISOR x 1- PERMANEN
The position will be reporting to the Estate Maintenance Supervisor – Civil Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Civil maintenance and repair works under township houses, pump stations and the irrigation canals.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Planning, scheduling, assigning, and supervising personnel carrying out maintenance works.

Planning and organising materials and tools needed by personnel for maintenance works.

Ensuring that all works are completed as per schedule.

Ensuring that all works are done to acceptable engineering standards.

Supervising and participating in preventive maintenance of company infrastructure.

Enforcing building and safety regulations.
-
Adhering to and promoting SHERQ standards.
-
And any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications / Requirements areas

Grade 12 Certificate
-
Craft Certificate or Advanced Certificate in Building Construction.
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
-
Experience in Supervisory works will be an added advantage.

Paid up membership of the engineering Institute of Zambia.
