1)    POSITION:  BUILDING SUPERVISOR x 1- PERMANEN

The position will be reporting to the Estate Maintenance Supervisor – Civil Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Civil maintenance and repair works under township houses, pump stations and the irrigation canals.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Planning, scheduling, assigning, and supervising personnel carrying out maintenance works.
• Planning and organising materials and tools needed by personnel for maintenance works.
• Ensuring that all works are completed as per schedule.
• Ensuring that all works are done to acceptable engineering standards.
• Supervising and participating in preventive maintenance of company infrastructure.
• Enforcing building and safety regulations.
• Adhering to and promoting SHERQ standards.
• And any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements areas

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Craft Certificate or Advanced Certificate in Building Construction.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Supervisory works will be an added advantage.
• Paid up membership of the engineering Institute of Zambia.
