UNITED BUS COMPANY OF ZAMBIA (2020)
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the vacant position: –
To welcome passengers as they board the bus
Assisting passengers on board with relevant information such as seat allocation, direction to convenience room, destination etc.
To manage bus manifest and ensure all passenger documentation is maintained in order
Maintain work environment (Kept in clean and good condition).
And any other duties that may be reasonably assigned
Diploma in Front Office, Hospitality, Public Relations or any related field
Two years’ experience in Customer Service
Be able to speak fluently in local languages
Willing to travel to any destination
