   We are looking for two qualified and proactive Business Administration Officers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will support the day-to-day operations of the company by ensuring efficient administrative, organizational, and business support functions.
  
  
   
    Key Responsibilities

    Manage office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
   
 
   - 
    Assist in budgeting, record-keeping, and preparation of financial and administrative reports.
   
 
   - 
    Handle correspondence, filing systems, and document management.
    
    Support HR functions, including staff coordination and performance tracking.
    
   - 
    Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
    
    Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

    Provide general support to management and contribute to business growth.
   
 
  
  
   
    Requirements
   
  
  
   - 
    Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Degree will be an added advantage).
   
 
   - 
    At least 2 years of relevant experience in business administration or office management.
   
 
   - 
    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
   
 
   - 
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
   
 
   - 
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
   
 
   -
