Lusaka Nexus Solutions is hiring a results-oriented Business Analyst to analyze business operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies for increasing efficiency and profitability. The Business Analyst will work closely with various departments to gather data, develop solutions, and recommend actionable changes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze business processes, systems, and financial data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop data-driven strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align solutions with company goals.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Monitor the implementation of solutions and measure their success.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Project management experience is an advantage.
