The Business Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing business technology solutions that support organizational objectives and drive operational efficiencies. This role involves collaborating closely with business and IT teams to identify needs, define requirements, and develop scalable, sustainable solutions that align with the strategic long-term vision. The role brings a deep understanding of both business processes and technical architectures, bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional, scalable, and high-performing technology solutions.
• Develop end-to-end architecture solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, scalability, and security.
• Evaluate and select technology platforms, tools, and vendors, ensuring that chosen solutions align with the organization’s architecture principles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and objectives, ensuring solutions align with long-term business needs.
• Define solution roadmaps, guiding the evolution of technology architecture to meet future business requirements.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify areas where existing solutions can be improved or optimized to support strategic priorities.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of major technology initiatives and solutions.
• Work with Project Management Office Manger to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet performance objectives.
• Oversee project resources and coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, gathering feedback and insights to refine solutions that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure solutions are implemented effectively and aligned with organizational standards.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring clear service level agreements and performance metrics are established.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with solution designs, including data security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously monitor the performance of deployed solutions, implementing changes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and security.
• Document solution architectures, business requirements, and technical specifications for reference and future improvements.
• Develop and provide training sessions and materials to end-users and technical teams, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation to support knowledge transfer and solution maintenance.
