Job Description

Responsibilities:
Assist business managers or senior executives with meeting arrangements, itinerary planning and travel arrangements.
Prepare and manage business documents such as contracts, proposals, reports and emails.
Maintain customer relationships and respond to customer needs and feedback.
Assist in developing new customers, participating in customer visits and business negotiations.
Collect and analyze market data and write market research reports.
Prepare sales materials, product demonstrations and quotations.
Track sales progress and coordinate sales order execution.
Assist in planning, executing and tracking business projects to ensure projects are completed on time.
Assist in organizing business events and meetings.
Analyze business data and prepare business reports and data charts.
File management, handling emails and answering calls.

Skills required
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Strong data analysis skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Proficient in using office software and CRM systems.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
