Job Title: Business Development Manager

Position Overview:

The Business Manager will play a pivotal role in the overall success of the company by overseeing day-to-day operations, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring efficient and effective business processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Lead and oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Financial Management: Manage budgeting and financial forecasting processes. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Team Leadership: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan. Collaborate with senior leadership to set business goals and objectives.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address client concerns promptly.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a business development management role with a track record of success in a financial services industry (fintech is a plus)

Strong understanding of financial management and business operations.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
