Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the promotion and sale of our IT services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Develop strategic sales plans to meet company growth targets.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to design client solutions.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s offerings and industry trends.
Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and market feedback.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand market presence.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT solutions and technology trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
