Job Description

We are looking for Business Development Manager who is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and market presence.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

1. Market Research & Strategy

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, sectors, and opportunities.

Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s customer base.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Work with marketing to develop campaigns that generate leads.

Track performance metrics and prepare sales reports for management.

4. Partnership Development

Identify and build strategic partnerships with institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.

Attend industry events, seminars, and networking sessions to represent the company.

5. Proposal & Presentation Management

Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to clients and partners.

Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions for client needs.

6. Collaboration & Internal Coordination

Work with marketing, operations, and product teams to align business development strategies.

Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.

7. Customer Feedback & Improvement

Collect client feedback and communicate insights to relevant teams to enhance products/services.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Knowledge of local and regional business landscape is an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Number of new clients acquired per quarter.

Revenue growth achieved against targets.

Number of strategic partnerships developed.

Client satisfaction and retention rates.

Quality and impact of business proposals delivered.
