Job Description:
ZamImpact Solutions is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our market presence. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency in business development tools and CRM systems.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or sales.
