Pumnat Financial Services Ltd is a fast-growing microfinance institution dedicated to providing inclusive and customer-centered financial solutions across Zambia. We are inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Business Development Officer—one position in Kitwe and another in Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
• Actively promote and cross-sell our financial products and services.
• Prepare business development reports and assist with growth strategies.
• Contribute to increasing the brand presence in the assigned region.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in business development, sales, or financial services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Previous experience in microfinance will be an added advantage.
