Two (2) Business Development Officers for Lusaka and Copperbelt.

The successful candidates will Lead the Sales and Marketing teams in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow the company’s revenue and market share.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements

Full Grade 12 certificate

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Membership to a relevant professional body

Solid computer skills

Experience in a similar role in media advertising will be an advantage

Ability to work with targets and tight deadlines

Ability to understand and meet clients’ advertising needs

Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and professionals

Accuracy and attention to details

Ability to negotiate terms and pricing with stakeholders

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the confidence and adaptability to deal with all levels of management internally and with the ability to form and manage corporate relationships.
