Duties and Responsibilities shall include:

Planning and Managing activities of the Business Hall

Marketing and Sales of all products
-
Provide monthly evaluation report of all staff
-
Provide weekly/ monthly sales reports
-
Stock taking and Cash Inventory Management
-
Supervising Customer Service team
-
Being acquainted with the modifications of the products and services of the company, and keeping abreast development and changes in customer service field by attending meetings
-
Rendering and solving Customers’ technical problems
-
Banking and delivery of cash at Head Office (Finance Department)
-
Other duties as required and assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
-
Full Grade 12 Certificate
-
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or other related discipline, degree will be an added advantage
-
Minimum Two years experience
Personal Attributes and Skills:

Proficient in Excel and MS Word

Outstanding Organizational and time-management abilities

Strong Ethics and Reliability

Effective Communicator (written and verbal), English is essential

Good Negotiation Skills

Highly organized, self motivated, honest, ability to work under pressure and privatize tasks

Detail Oriented
