Lusaka Nexus Solutions is hiring a data-driven Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to help the company make informed business decisions by analyzing data and generating reports. The BI Analyst will work closely with management and departments to provide insights that enhance strategic planning and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources to produce actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with departments to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest BI tools and technologies to enhance data analysis.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a BI Analyst or in a data analysis role.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and statistical methods.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
