JOB PURPOSE
To serve as Project Manager for all Pre-sales and solution deployment requirements to improve revenue for Airtel Business.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
-
• Support sales on complex technical solutioning that requires data analysis and arriving at viable business cases.
-
• Act as liaison between cross functional(Technical and Commercial)teams and Group team with regards to information and data sharingfor service delivery.
-
• Serve as a subject matter expert on data and information related to Airtel Business Technical solutions.
-
• Ensure alignment with Supply chain on the use of updatedmarket pricing to feed into proposals and solutions targeted for the market.
-
• Serve as part of a cross functional team to localize products and processes from Group and cascaded into Opco.
-
• Leadcommissioning or sunsetting of products that require change or enhancements using available data and analysis.

• Own accountability of report accuracy for technical product and solutions revenue.

• Develop market/account analysis to support sales teams in creating leads and opportunities.

• Review major business processes to ensure alignment with market requirements.
-
• Lead audit of existing processes to ensure overall compliance and cross functional alignment.
-
• Serve as lead team member to ensure all weekly and monthly reports required cross functionally are delivered with quality and on time.

• Ensure data requirements for products/revenue by Group team is met in a timely manner
REQUIREMENTS
Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills
-
• Bachelor’s in IT or Engineering Field.

• MBA or Business qualification is an added advantage.
-
• CCNA Certification is a requirement.
-
• Member of either ICTAZ or Engineering Institute of Zambia
Relevant Experience:
-
• At least 6-10 years of work experience with 5 years of relevant experience in the Telecom/ISPIndustryof 2-3 years should be in telecom enterprise products/services sales/ Technical support/ marketing.

• A minimum of 2years in Management role.

• Extensive knowledgeof telecom enterprise business products and applicable markets
