Lusaka Nexus Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join its support team. The Call Center Agents will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and technical support.

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

Document all customer interactions and update the system with accurate information.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve daily and monthly performance targets set by the supervisor.
Requirements
:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or in a customer service role.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
