Client Care Solutions (CCS) Ltd is looking for highly motivated and skilled Call Centre Agents to join our growing team.

As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Providing accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and a problem-solving mindset.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience working in a call centre or customer support role.
• Strong active listening and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in problem-solving
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Languages: English plus knowledge of at least 3 local languages preferably: Bemba, Nyanja, Tonga, Lozi, Lunda, Kaonde and Luvale.  (State the languages in your cover letter)
