VACANCY : Call Centre Operations Lead

LEVEL : Assistant Manager

LOCATION : Lusaka, Head Office

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a call center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
