People in Need (PIN) Zambia is seeking qualified and experienced individual consultants or firms to conduct the following staff capacity-building trainings:

1. Project Proposal & Report Writing + Effective Presentations Training
Location: Lusaka or Mongu, Zambia
Date: 30th – 31st July 2025 (2 days)

Scope Includes:

Report writing structures, formats, and principles
Grammar, layouts, and readability improvement
Tools for effective presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, AI tools)
Designing presentations for various audiences
Practical report and proposal writing exercises

2. Computer Skills Training (Microsoft Office and Digital Tools)
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Date: 24th – 25th September 2025 (2 days)

Scope Includes:

Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Use of Microsoft Apps (Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Outlook Calendar)
PDF management tools
Basic use of Canva and AI tools for presentations
Improving digital productivity and collaboration

Trainer Requirements for Both Trainings:
Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in delivering similar training
Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Administration, IT, or related fields
Ability to deliver practical, engaging, and interactive sessions
Portfolio of similar assignments and 3 signed/stamped recommendation letters

Deliverables:
Training materials for participants
Facilitation of 2-day training per assignment
Certificates of completion for participants
Training report with recommendations within 7 days after completion
