Car Salesperson
Job Description: Prosper Zambia is hiring a Car Salesperson to sell vehicles and provide exceptional customer service. The Car Salesperson will assist customers in selecting vehicles, negotiate sales, and handle post-sale activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the dealership, understanding their vehicle needs.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales prices and financing options.
- Process sales transactions and complete necessary paperwork.
- Maintain knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Sales is a plus.
Skills:
- Proficiency in sales techniques and CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in car sales or retail sales is preferred.
