Car Salesperson
Job Description:
Prosper Zambia is hiring a Car Salesperson to sell vehicles and provide exceptional customer service. The Car Salesperson will assist customers in selecting vehicles, negotiate sales, and handle post-sale activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the dealership, understanding their vehicle needs.

Present and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers.

Negotiate sales prices and financing options.

Process sales transactions and complete necessary paperwork.

Maintain knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, and industry trends.
Requirements:

Excellent sales and customer service skills.

Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Sales is a plus.
Skills:

Proficiency in sales techniques and CRM software.

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:

Previous experience in car sales or retail sales is preferred.
