Primary Responsibilities of CEO;

1. Oversee the strategic direction of an organization
2. Interact with other leadership executives
3. Maintain accountability with the board:
4. Overseeing operational policies and procedures
5. Overseeing day-to-day operations, including finance, human resources and sales
6. Overseeing planning, maintenance and efficiency
7. Preparing operational reports and management reports
8. Ensuring compliance on a company, state and federal level

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related, MBA from top school preferred
2. 2-5 years of industry experience.
3. Ability to train, develop and manage large executive teams
4. Executive Presence and ability maintain calm demeanor in high stress environments
