Job summary
The incumbent will work closely with the CETA Coordinator and Medical Mentor, MOH and other PEPFAR implementing partner providers to support CETA project activities across the CIDRZ supported provinces. She/ he will supervise CETA counselors including ensuring trainings are carried out, counselors are accredited and linkages for referrals are established.
Main duties

Ensures clinical databases are updated in a timely manner

Ensures that all logistics that are needed for CETA providers are requested for in a timely manner and delivered accordingly

Supports provision of appropriate training and certification of CETA counselors

Ensures that clinical data is submitted in a timely manner in preparation for the all IP and internal meetings

Supports the development and implementation of CETA scale up plans that include activities such as community stakeholder meetings, trainings, etc. to promote CETA

Ensures regular communication with the CETA Coordinator and Medical Mentor on any high risk case for further management as per CETA guideline

Provides technical supportive supervision and mentorship to field staff to ensure they understand CETA and the process to ensure potential clients are identified, screened and counseled

Ensures that supervisors and counsellors follow the apprenticeship model for CETA throughout the process
Qualifications

Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent

Must be a certified CETA trainer

At least 5 years relevant experience working in the community required

At least 1 year relevant experience working with CETA in Zambia required

Proficient in MS word and MS Excel and PowerPoint required

Must be able to work with minimum supervision

Must be a team player

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
