We’re hiring for Channel Demand Representative

As Channel Demand Representative you will be responsible for generating product demand necessary for attainment of regional sales volume targets while ensuring proper product testing in your area.

You Will Be Part of Growing Team

Your Challenge

Support the Area Sales Manager in meeting sales volume goals.
Supervise and support all demand generation activities (Demonstration Plots, Field Days and Farmer Meetings, Exhibitions, etc)
Establish and Manage Agronomy Trials
Create and promote valuable collaborations/ Partnerships with other stakeholders.
Enhance farmer channel linkage.

Farmers (small scale and emergent), Ministry of Agriculture, Non-governmental Organizations, Correctional Service, ZNS

Location:

Copperbelt, Southern and Northern

Qualifications

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

Degree or Diploma in Agricultural Sciences or equivalent
3 years’ experience of working with farmers.
Valid Clean Driver’s License with not less than 1 year driving experience
Team player with excellent cross functional collaboration
Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
