   As a Chef with us, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that delight our guests. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure excellent presentation, consistency, and adherence to food safety standards and prepare baais.
  
  
   Key Responsibilities:

    Prepare, cook, and present a variety of grilled meats according to menu specifications.

    Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and area of operation.
   
- 
    Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
   
- 
    Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection.
   
- 
    Ensure food quality and portion control are consistently met.
   
- 
    Prepare and cook a range of meats, vegetables, and traditional dishes on the braai.
   
- 
    Ensure all food is cooked to perfection and meets hygiene standards.
   
- 
    Engage with clients, sharing your grilling expertise and creating memorable experiences.
   
- 
    Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service.
   
   Qualifications & Skills:
  
  
   - 
    Proven experience as a chef or similar outdoor grilling role.
   
- 
    Knowledge of various grilling techniques and flavours.
   
- 
    Good communication skills and a friendly, energetic personality.
    
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
