We are seeking a talented Chemical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing paint formulations, ensuring product quality, and improving manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of chemical processes and an ability to innovate in product development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize paint formulations to meet performance, durability, and cost targets.
• Conduct experiments to evaluate new raw materials and additives for paint products.
• Analyze chemical processes to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and marketing, to align product development with customer needs.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout the manufacturing process.
• Prepare technical documentation, including reports and specifications for new products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to chemical processes and formulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in paint technology.

Requirements:

• Experience in the paint or coatings industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in chemical process modeling and analysis software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to chemical manufacturing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification : Diploma in Chemical Sciences or related field
• Experience Level : Mid level
• Experience Length : 3 years
