Overview

Our client in ZAMBIA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chemistry Teacher to join their academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level Chemistry, preparing students for examinations, and fostering a stimulating learning environment that encourages student engagement and success.

Key Requirements

Have at least 3 years experience of teaching Chemistry up to A Level following the Cambridge Curriculum.
Should be adept at instructing students from diverse backgrounds and with varying levels of ability.
Possess the ability to oversee and carry out experiments, examinations and assessments.
Effectively integrate 21st century knowledge, skills, values and attitudes into teaching.
Create an inclusive classroom setting that promotes creativity, collaboration and critical thinking.
Have progressive teaching methodologies, excellent communication and organisational skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience as a Chemistry Teacher.
Teaching certification or qualification in Education.
Recognised Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
Proven experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level Chemistry.
Strong understanding of the Cambridge curriculum and examination requirements.
