OneZambia is seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive long-term financial growth. The CFO will oversee all financial activities, provide strategic direction, and ensure financial stability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Manage financial risks, investments, and capital structure
Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations
Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting professional development

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial management role
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and strategic planning
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
