The Council of Palabana University is inviting qualified and sufficiently motivated individuals to apply for the following positions in the University.

JOB TITLE: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (1 Position)

Qualifications and Experience:

Full grade 12 Certificate or its equivalent
Chartered Accountant and member of ZICA
Bachelor of Accountancy, or Full ACCA. CIMA, and or CA Zambia
A Master of Science in Accounting and Finance or a Master of Business Administration is an added advantage.
At least 5 years proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or senior finance executive in a dynamic and growth-oriented organization.
Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and drive organizational change.
