Lusaka Nexus Solutions is hiring a detail-oriented Claims Adjuster to evaluate insurance claims, assess damages, and determine settlements. The Claims Adjuster will work closely with clients, insurance companies, and legal teams to ensure fair and timely resolution of claims.

Key Responsibilities :

• Investigate insurance claims by interviewing claimants, witnesses, and professionals.
• Inspect property damage or medical reports to assess the extent of losses.
• Review insurance policies and determine coverage for claims.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and insurance companies.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation on claim assessments.
• Collaborate with legal teams on claims disputes or litigation.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable insurance laws and regulations.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Claims Adjuster or in a similar insurance role.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with insurance policies, legal regulations, and claim processing.
• Proficiency in using claims management software.
