Konkola Mineral Resources Limited (KMRL), a subsidiary of Konkola Copper Mines Plc (KCM PIC), is one of the largest copper producers in Zambia. It operates Underground and Open Pit mines located at Nchanga and Konkola. KMRL’s growth trajectory presents exciting opportunities to leverage minerals and human resources to enhance stakeholder value and become Zambia’s pride. To support this vision KMRL would like to recruit experienced and qualified individuals for the following positions in the KMRL Trust Schools.

2. CLASS TEACHER
Main roles & responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for students from Reception to Grade 7.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports students’ academic and social development.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support, offer a variety of both indoor and outdoor activities.

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Stay updated on educational trends and participate in professional development opportunities (CPDs)

Requirements:
• Grade 12 school certificate
• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education
• Full registration with TCZ licensure
• Minimum (3) years’ working experience Excellent oral & written skills
• Computer Literate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting.
