Job Description:
Chikondi Capital is looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage and oversee clinical trials and research studies. The Clinical Research Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that research activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory standards and study protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage clinical research trials and studies.
• Recruit and screen study participants and ensure their informed consent.
• Monitor and document study progress and data collection.
• Collaborate with research teams and ensure compliance with study protocols.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field; Certification in Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency in clinical trial management software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in clinical research coordination.
