The Bank of Zambia (BoZ) Lusaka Social Club invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced Zambians for the following vacant positions:

CLUBHOUSE MANAGER

Job Purpose

To oversee the daily operations of the Clubhouse.

Main Accountabilities

•    Manage the overall operations of the clubhouse, including staff supervision, member services and facility maintenance.
•    Coordinate events, tournaments, and activities for members and guests.
•    Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the clubhouse and its services.
•    Foster a positive, welcoming and inclusive environment for members and staff.
•    Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
•    Undertake any other task assigned by the Club House Committee.

Qualifications and Experience

•    Diploma in Hospitality Management/Business Administration; or equivalent.
•    Degree will be an added advantage.
•    Two (2) years’ relevant experience.
•     Grade 12 School Certificate with a minimum of five (5) ‘O’ Levels (Credit or better).
