The Bank of Zambia (BoZ) Lusaka Social Club invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced Zambians for the following vacant positions:

CLUBHOUSE ACCOUNTANT

Job Purpose

To manage the financial operations of clubhouse by ensuring timely and accurate capturing of financial data.

Main Accountabilities

•    Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
•    Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
•    Coordinate and prepare annual budgets and financial forecast.
•    Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
•    Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
•    Undertake any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

•    Intermediate ACCA/CIMA/ZICA/CA. Diploma in Accountancy/Finance; or equivalent.
•    Three (3) years relevant experience.
•    Grade 12 School Certificate with a minimum of five (5) ‘O’ Levels (Credit or better).
